Our Leasing and Property Management professionals bring an array of specialized skills to our company -- including superior customer service and a commitment to provide outstanding resident relations. Our goal is to create a positive resident experience with a personal touch. One of the ways we deliver this is via our sophisticated and highly personalized resident portal that has been built by our own Social Media/online marketing savvy staff. All of our team members possess or are working towards their university/post-secondary degree and are certified in Leasing and/or Property Management.
Maintenance/Superintendents
Our Maintenance staff and Superintendents have years of expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plastering, painting and building systems upkeep. We pride ourselves both on our 24 hour maintenance promise, and on our commitment to complete repair work using only the best products and services. Our KG Maintenance team performs the highest quality work while never losing sight of the details that matter -- such as cleaning up after the job is completed. We value the loyalty and commitment of our staff. In fact, many of our team members started out as assistants and have been promoted to Senior Superintendents over the years.
